Mr. Davis joined PCT in 2024. Over the past decade, he has served as a key leader in effectively overseeing projects valued at more than $100 million across both manufacturing and construction sectors. His unwavering commitment to results and team building have led to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. His expertise lies in leading teams in a manner that builds trust, promotes collaboration, and yields tangible results. With over 5 years of training in management consulting and company culture change, he has honed his skills as a leader adept at navigating the intricacies of both people and business dynamics.
Prior to joining PCT, Mr. Davis led project management and operations for Precision Industrial Equipment, who designs and manufactures custom equipment for the food processing industry, where he demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills for a fast-growing industry leader. Before that, he played a key role in leading a manufacturing company to double their revenue and achieve record breaking profitability over a 1.5 year period. His extensive experience in leadership, manufacturing and operations makes him a valuable asset to our team.
