    1998

    PCT founded in Spokane, Washington

    2006

    PCT grew in size and scope by moving into a larger facility to add laser cutting, welding, CNC machining, and forming

    2018

    PCT purchased L&M Precision Fabrication, adding in-house powder coating and hardware insertion services

    2022

    PCT acquired by new ownership with proven success in expanding customer relations and driving operational performance

    LES JANZEN

    General Manager

    Mr. Janzen joined PCT in 2017 and brings 25 years of operations and lean manufacturing experience.  Prior to joining PCT, Mr. Janzen was the Operations Manager for AMX by Harman, an audio and video distribution equipment manufacturer.  He also worked for Sunshine Minting Inc, a leading supplier of precious metal and base metal mint products, supplying silver and gold blanks to the US Mint and private mints around the world.Mr. Janzen is an experienced professional in financial accounting, budgeting, departmental reconciliation, program management, quality engineering, and lean manufacturing.  He earned his BA from Eastern Washington University.

    BRIAN BOONE

    Sales Leader

    Mr. Boone joined PCT in 2019 and has over 30 years of industrial, manufacturing, and distribution sales experience with a proven track record. Prior to joining PCT, Mr. Boone was the Sales Manager for Screentek, a leader in manufacturing custom, high-performance printed graphics. He also worked as a Sales Manager for Laird Plastics, the largest plastics distributor in the US.In addition to his sales, marketing, and management experience, Mr. Boone holds an associate degree in Sales and Marketing from Santa Fe Community College.
